Since 2005, I've been engaged in editorial photography covering chiefly arts, entertainment, music and celebrity events - but it wasn't until two years later that I discovered my true passion in photographing the sport of Mixed Martial Arts... which some of you may be more familiar with as "UFC", "Ultimage Fighting" or "Cage Fighting" Starting in April of 2007, I have gradually built a rapport with the fighters, coaches, managers and personalities in this sport and I feel that this shows in my work. MMA is about more than just the action: it's reactions, emotions, the highs and lows and sheer visceral rush of two combatants testing themselves in what many believe is the most physically and psychologically demanding arena in all of sports today. I hope that the athlete's dedication and my enthusiasm are evident in what you see here. Enjoy your look around.
